Full or Part Time Vet to join our friendly and established team, where CPD is strongly encouraged, supported and fully funded.

You will be joining a stable and knowledgeable team consisting of 1 Vet, 2 registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Student Nurse, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant and 2 Receptionists. Our nurses hold Certificates in feline medicine and exotics and we are working towards gaining our gold standard in rabbit care. As a result of this, we see a real variety of cases including lots of small furries! You will also have both face to face and remote support from the Clinical Development Manager (a qualified Vet) when required.

Stevenage benefits from direct train links into Central London in under half an hour and our practice is based just a 5 minute walk from the train station. Our practice is purpose built with state of the art facilities including digital X-ray, ultrasound and in house lab. We also offer free onsite parking. 

Person Specification

You will be an experienced Vet comfortable with some sole charge responsibility, supported by a strong clinical team, and confident with routine surgery and medicine. 

To be successful in this role you will be a Vet who enjoy's building strong relationships with your patients, clients and the wider team. An interest in internal medicine, dermatology or exotics would be wonderful but not essential!

The roles will include a weekend rota of only 1 in 3 weekends and includes some sole charge. There will be no OOH, meaning all of our colleagues can enjoy an excellent work/life balance!
